I just finished reading a great blog post by Michael Lemm on his Best MLM Resources Blog. It’s called, “So You WANT A Home Business?” and it asks all kinds of great questions. The core question is this: “What have you done for your MLM business lately?” MLM is a business of duplication and your team is mostly likely going to duplicate whatever you do in your business, so if you haven’t done a whole lot to work your business lately, chances are that your team hasn’t either.
So here’s Michael’s post. Read it to get some great food for thought about your MLM business.

Some Food for Thought as you grow your business!
What if…….
Everyone on your team was just like YOU?
Everyone did exactly what you did last week to grow their business?
Would your business be booming, would you have lots of new customers and distributors?
How many hours have you actually worked your business in the past month? By working your business I mean simply, sharing your products, talking to others about the opportunity? (Cleaning your office does not count).
How many phone calls have you logged in or have you tracked that? How many products or services did you sell to new customers? How many new distributors did you personally enroll in the past month?
What people fail to realize is we are in a business of duplication. Whether you like it or not, people tend to do what YOU do. Even when you think no one is watching, somehow the universe knows.
Would you want to build a team JUST LIKE YOU?

Those are some pretty thought-provoking questions, right? So after answering these questions, what will you change about the way you work your MLM business? What excuses will you sacrifice?
Will you increase your level of effort? Change your level of consistency? Be a better example for your team?
